The Dapper Pet Store: Terms and Conditions/Web Policy


By using our services, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions as well as web policy.

5. Warranty of Goods/Services. The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences offers a 30 day money back guarantee on our products. A 100% refund will be given upon receiving the product and it’s packaging within 30 days.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and will be borne by customer.

6. Terms of Warranty. All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

7. Prices. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless otherwise stated.

Payment Processing

8. We accept credit card payment through Paypal for all customers. Cash payment, fund transfer, cheque payments may be accepted for local orders. Insufficient payments or returned cheque shall be deemed to be non-payment.

Cancellation of Orders

9. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

10. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders

11. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
 
Consequences of Violation Policy

12. When The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences LLP becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Acceptable Use Policy, The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences LLP will initiate an investigation. During the investigation The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences LLP may restrict Customer 's access in order to prevent further possible unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences LLP may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate Customer's account without notice or refund, and/or pursue other civil remedies.

13. If such violation is a criminal offense, The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences LLP will notify the appropriate law enforcement department of such violation.

14. The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences LLP does not issue payment refunds for any outages incurred through service disablement resulting from violations of this agreement.

15. Any threat, vulgar and profane language directed at any The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences LLP staff member through phone or email may result in immediate termination of an account. Any violation of this policy by any employee, contractor or third party programmer of The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences LLP should be reported immediately. Bottom line is let's work together toward a mutually beneficial relationship and create a prosperous and responsible Internet community!

22. The Dapper Pet Store c/o HealthLab Sciences LLP does not tolerate any pornographic material or spamming and both infringements will result in an investigation and possible termination and removal of the site and/or virtual server without a refund.
